We focus on quick, high-value wins that fit busy schedules

Absolutely. We designed Plentii so that anyone with valuable skills can jump right in - no nonprofit experience required. We aim to ensure that your strengths and skills align with each engagement's needs, giving you a straightforward way to contribute right from the start. If you ever have questions, we're here to guide you, so you can focus on what matters most: making a real impact with your expertise.

You'll book a time via the scheduler (auto time-zones).

House rules: cameras on (bandwidth permitting), Volunteer keeps time, no slides unless the brief asks, confidential by default.

Here is a typical call agenda for a 55-minute call: Warm intros (0–5) → Context (5–10) → Deep-dive & advice (10–40) → Action recap (40–50) → Close & feedback (50–55)

Use the Calendly link in your confirmation to reschedule. Please limit reschedules to two. No-show once? We'll try to rebook. Repeat no-shows may pause access during the pilot.

Provide concise, asynchronous advice per the brief. Upload a PDF or Google Doc link. Keep it plain, skimmable, and actionable (bullets, numbered steps, links to any frameworks/templates). All information stays confidential between the Volunteer, the Organisation, and Plentii. Feedback survey after upload submission.

Most calls are 55 minutes. Written guidance is usually 1–2 focused hours for a concise mini-playbook or checklist, depending on the brief.

Experienced Business professionals; typically 10+ years experience. Pragmatic, kind, and comfortable giving crisp advice.

No. We value transferable, practical expertise; the call agenda and brief provide context.

The Scheduler shows your local time automatically and coordinates with the organisation's time zone.

Life happens - please give 24 hours' notice where possible. Two reschedules max. Repeat no-shows may lead to a temporary pause.

By default, organisations can use your advice/deliverables internally to advance their mission. If a public share is requested (e.g., website), you'll be asked to consent and be credited.

Yes confidentiality applies by default.

Yes you retain your underlying IP (templates/frameworks). The organisation can use the final advice you delivered for its own operations.

Be respectful, inclusive, and professional. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive content is not tolerated. Report issues to tellusmore@plentii.world immediately.

Please disclose any potential conflict (e.g., competitors, prior relationships).

Flag it via support. We'll mediate, document the issue, and re-match if appropriate.
